Our $2,800.00 fee includes hosting, survey administration, and reporting of a 98 question survey with 90 standardized questions (72 from JDI and 18 from JIG), one open-ended comment question, four sub-group questions (managerial status, job level, age, and education), and three internal demographic questions.

Getting Started

All aspects of the survey administration process are standardized to keep costs down, insure compliance with best survey practices, and allow for consistent use of content when applying benchmarks. This includes the content and subject line of email invitations and introduction to the survey questions. Any desired custom questions would appear on the survey after the standard order of the 98 included questions. To get started, click on the link below and save the file to your computer. Then, complete the survey agreement, and follow the submission instructions.

Custom Questions and Optional Services

For an added fee, we also offer a variety of optional services including the addition of custom questions:

More than 300 survey participants (email addresses) is $0.50 each.
Adding sub-group comparisons based on company locations or other custom breakdowns is $200.00 per cut (e.g., adding breakdowns for four locations would cost $800.00) and would include overall norms for each location as well as sub-group norms for job level, managerial status, age, and education.
Full reports for each location including separate sub-group comparisons of job level, managerial status, age, and education are $500.00 per report.
Adding open-ended questions is $100.00 per question with an additional fee for adding custom closed-ended questions.
Verbatim coding of open-ends is $0.40 per coded response.
Extending field period is $50.00 per additional day.
Additional reminder notice is $100.00 each.
Distribution of a Spanish language version of the standard survey is $500.00. (The language version for each participant must be identified in the email address file).
Translation of Spanish language open-ended comments into English is $0.30 per word.
