Sub-Group Breakdowns
Sub-group breakdowns allow for comparison among different segments of your employees to determine which segments are performing better than others. Examples of common breakdowns in employee satisfaction surveys include job location, department, wage classification, years with the company, managerial status, or any other demographic or job description category used by your organization for classification purposes. For example, an employer could have 10 different operating locations each of which can be examined for its performance in employee job satisfaction, and then compared with the other locations to rank which locations are performing the best.
In addition, where normative scoring indexes are used, we can provide comparative analysis showing which sub-groups are performing best (or worst) in each of the five facets of the JDI and overall job satisfaction. Scores would be computed for each location using the selected industry group norm.
